Your Input is Needed for the Upcoming Synod of Bishops

Pope Francis has called a Synod of Bishops this coming fall on the topic of youth, the faith and vocations.  He wants input from all around the world.  Cardinal Sean has asked that all the parishes in the Archdiocese meet to answer a set of questions the Holy Father has sent concerning how to better lead our youth in the faith and address the problems they face.

St. Cecilia's will hold three sessions in the Family Center in the evenings at 7pm, Thursday June 15, Monday June 19, and Tuesday June 20.  We would like as many people to attend as possible so we can give meaningful input.  We especially invite parents, young people, religious education teachers and anyone concerned about the future of youth in the Church.  You do not have to attend all three sessions.  Just attend those you can.

Information about the Synod is available at the entrance to the church for those who want to prepare.   This is a great opportunity for us to make a contribution to the  Bishops' work on this important topic.
